My 23year life journey (part3)

Image
Part 3: The Turning Point So, let’s start Part 3 of my 23-year life journey. It was the day of my Class 2 final exam results. I didn’t go to school; instead, I spent the whole day walking around restlessly. I was terrified thinking about whether I would pass or fail. Suddenly, my father arrived. He looked quite angry and said in a harsh tone, "You don't care about your studies at all, you're such a fool! You barely passed with roll number 27 " Hearing that I had at least passed gave me a sense of peace, even though my father was very angry that day. My mother, however, was very supportive. She told me, "It’s okay, don't worry about it. Just study harder next time and get a better result!" With "Roll Number 27," I promoted to Class 3. I was 9 years old then. Slowly, I started making friends and became quite friendly with everyone. Around that time, my elder sister came home from the city. She used to stay there for her studies, but since her u...

My 23year life journey (part2)

Hello everyone, let’s start (part 2) of my 23-year life journey. So, the final exams of class 1 came around, and I actually did pretty well! I jumped from roll 108 to 13th position. I can still picture my father’s face—he was so proud. Being 13th out of 100 students was a huge achievement for me. If I’m going to talk about my class teachers, I had a favorite teacher in primary school named Jebin Madam. She was caring. She showered me with so much love that even today, I think—if I ever meet her again, I’ll tell her one thing: "Teachers like you are our true inspiration. You are the reason students dream of becoming teachers instead of being afraid of school." Honestly, caring teachers like her are hard to find nowadays. Then, I was 8 years old when I was in Class 2. It was a bit of a roller coaster because there were ups and downs .I missed a lot of classes because I had to stay at my maternal grandparents' house after my uncle passed away. I was there for about 40 to 50...

23year of my life journey

Image
Hello everyone! Today, I’m not going to tell you a fairytale. Instead, I’m going to share something real—my own life story. I am 23 now, but let's take a trip back to when I was just 7 years old, starting Class 1. I still remember, my class roll was 108! Even as a kid, I was a deep thinker. I had this habit of questioning everything around me. I was a social butterfly—I loved making friends quickly. But, I’ve always had one major weakness: a lack of confidence. To be honest, I’m still struggling with it. That’s exactly why I’m talking to you from behind the camera today, and not showing my face yet. Back then, at seven, I never worried about the future or what I would become. Looking back, life was so much simpler. These days, life is so hectic that we sometimes forget what happened yesterday! But I vividly remember those childhood days—wandering around aimlessly, playing all day, and pretending tree leaves were money. Back then, 'money' was easy to find. But today, the va...

The silver key in the mist

Image
The fog was so thick I could almost touch the future. It was January 2026, and Dhaka felt like a city made of clouds. I stood on my balcony with a steaming cup of tea, watching the familiar world disappear. The tall buildings were gone, replaced by a soft, white silence. Suddenly, a small, glowing light flickered at the edge of the park across the street. It wasn't a streetlamp, and it wasn't a car. It moved slowly, pulsing like a heartbeat. I threw on my heavy coat and stepped outside. The air was crisp, biting at my cheeks. As I reached the spot where the light had been, the mist parted for just a second. There, sitting on a frost-covered bench, was a small metallic box with a digital screen. It displayed a single message in glowing blue letters: "Property of 2027. Do not open until the sun breaks through." I reached out my hand, my breath hitching in the cold air. The fog swirled around my fingers, and for the first time in years, the world felt completely, beaut...
